Instructions for Online Submission of Application

69th Convocation – Registration Instructions

Please read the following instructions carefully before starting the online registration process.

1. Before proceeding with the registration, carefully read all the instructions provided on this page.

2. To continue with the registration process, you must select the Declaration checkbox confirming that the information and       documents uploaded by you are authentic and correct.

3. Keep all the required documents ready in the prescribed format before starting the registration process.

4. Ensure that all uploaded documents are clear, legible, and within the prescribed file size limits.

5. Applications containing incomplete information, incorrect documents, or illegible uploads are liable to be rejected.

6. Registration shall be considered complete only after successful submission of the application and payment of the prescribed  registration fee.

Documents Required for Upload

A. Student's Photograph (Mandatory)

1. Upload a recent and clearly visible. passport-size colour photograph of the applicant.

2. Face should be clearly visible without any mask or obstruction.

3. Photograph Size: 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm (Width × Height)

4. File Format: JPG / JPEG / PNG

5. File Size: 50 KB – 100 KB

B. Student's Signature (Mandatory

Upload a clear scanned image of your signature.

1. Signature should be made using blue or black ink on a white sheet.

2. File Format: JPG / JPEG / PNG

3. File Size: 50 KB – 100 KB

C. No Dues Certificate (Mandatory)

Upload a valid No Dues Certificate issued by the concerned Department/Institute/University.

D. Consent Letter (Mandatory for Medal Holders Only)

Candidates selected for the award of University Medals are required to upload a duly signed Consent Letter confirming their willingness to participate in the Convocation Ceremony.

This document is optional for all other students.

E. Final Semester/Year Marksheet or Grade Card (Mandatory)

Upload the Final Semester/Year Marksheet or Grade Card issued by the University.

Convocation Registration Fee

Registration Fee: ₹500/- (Rupees Six Hundred Only).

The registration fee shall be paid online through the payment gateway available on the Convocation Registration Portal.

Registration shall be treated as complete only after successful payment of the prescribed fee.

Important Instructions

1. Carefully verify all information entered in the application before final submission.

2. Upload only the prescribed document in the respective upload field.

3. Ensure that all uploaded documents are clear, readable, and within the prescribed file size limits.

4. Applications containing incomplete information, incorrect uploads, or unreadable documents are liable to be rejected.

5. The University reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all information and documents submitted by the applicant.

6. If any information or document is found to be false, fabricated, misleading, or forged at any stage, the registration shall be liable to cancellation without any prior notice, and appropriate action may be taken in accordance with the applicable University rules and regulations.
